The Perrier Butlers 

Leaning into the Perrier Extraordinary creative campaign, we took on-demand service to the next level by bringing to life the quintessential persona in the world of convenience – the butler.

On what would have been a normal morning, we surprised employees from Facebook, Refinery29, Google, Spotify and Uber with a fleet of French-trained butlers. The butlers marched into the offices, overtook employee desks, and provided “extraordinary services” including shoulder massages, “deskercise”, an ego-boost pep talk, arm-wrestling competition and desk reorganization.

The immersive experience turned employees' ordinary workday into an extraordinary workday by capturing their attention, driving trial and consideration, and leaving them with a lasting impression of the brand.
